No, Esri is the sole-source provider of software maintenance for Esri products. Esri will contact you directly for renewal after the first year.
Twelve months of maintenance are included in the purchase price of all ArcGIS software. Subsequent years of maintenance are handled directly through Esri.

As a long-time Esri business partner and authorized reseller, we offer an array of Esri software and can sell them to you below the Esri list price. When you purchase ArcGIS for Desktop Basic from Blue Raster, you will enjoy an ArcGIS Online subscription at no additional cost. Support and maintenance are included for the first year, and then Esri will contact you directly for renewal.

Once you confirm your order, we will email you an invoice that can be paid online via credit card. We can also accept your credit card payment via phone. If you need alternative arrangements, please let us know when you submit your request for a quote.
